Conditions for shopping at the webshop

For placing an order at the Webshop of Herendi Porcelánmanufaktúra Zrt. – hereinafter: Vendor – (8440 Herend, Kossuth L. u. 140. Company registration number: 19-10-500050 – VMB., mC.) –, the customer must accept all provisions set forth in these Business Terms and Conditions, as well as the Data Protection Regulations pertaining to the entire home page of Herendi Porcelánmanufaktúra Zrt.

To accept these conditions, the customer must click on the “Accept Business Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Regulations” button. The Vendor and the customer of the Webshop of Herendi Porcelánmanufaktúra Zrt. shall enter into an electronic purchase contract, which shall become effective upon acceptance of the Business Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Regulations. The data provided shall be electronically retained by the Vendor.
