The Herend Porcelain Manufactory introduced a sumptuous selection at the cultural exhibition opened at the Museum of Ostrava in the Czech Republic.
Our latest cultural exhibition was ceremonially opened in four rooms, with 400 masterpieces and numerous additional attractions, this time in the Czech Republic. Thanks to our excellent Partner, the Museum of Ostrava, a great exhibition was presented to the public. The selection from the amazing product range of the world’s largest porcelain manufactory displayed the traditions of nearly two centuries of history and the unbroken innovation capability. A good example of these was an 8-person dining table presenting the Victoria pattern – debuted in 1851 – and its variations. The original pattern, its colour variations and its most modern reinterpretation radiated perfect harmony.
The exhibition was opened by Dr Attila Simon, CEO of the Herend Porcelain Manufactory Ltd., and further speeches were held by the Deputy Major of Ostrava and the Director of the Museum of Ostrava. The large number of visitors could admire the hand-painting of porcelain as well. The exhibition is open until September 10, 2017.
