Saint Martin’s Day

For 23 years, the award, founded by the Herend Porcelain Manufactory Ltd., the Pannonhalma Archabbey and the Bábolna National Stud Farm, has been recognizing the work of those individuals and associations who have done the most in the previous year or years for the implementation of cultural, touristic, and regional development programs in former Pannonia, thereby contributing to the dissemination and preservation of national heritage and cultural values.

Miklós Vecsei, the organization’s vice president, received the award during a celebration in the archabbey from CEO Dr. Attila Simon and archabbot T. Cirill Hortobágyi.
